- Pork Stew with Smoked Sausages
- (Spezzatino con Salsiccia Affumicata)

Ingredients:

- 14 oz (400 grams) boneless shoulder of pork, cut into large cubes
14 oz (400 grams) boneless blade of pork, cut into large cubes
2 Italian smoked sausages
1 Savoy cabbage, trimmed and separated into leaves
7 oz (200 grams) carrots, sliced
Salt and pepper

- Directions:
- Blanch the cabbage leaves in salted, boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain and place in a large pan.
Add the carrots and both kinds of pork and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook over a low heat for about 1 and 1/4 hours.
Prick the sausages with a fork, add to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
Mix well and transfer to a warm serving dish. Serves 4.
