- Potatoes with Rosemary
- (Patate al Rosmarino)

Ingredients:

- 1 and 1/2 lbs new potatoes
3 and 1/2 fl oz (100 ml) extra virgin olive oil
1 fresh rosemary sprig
1 garlic clove
1 oz (25 grams) butter
Salt

- Directions:
-
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large pan.
Add the rosemary, garlic and potatoes.
Stir and cover.
Cook over a low heat until golden brown.
Remove and discard the garlic and rosemary.
Sprinkle with salt and serve. Serves 4.
