- Eggs with Sausage
- (Uova al Piatto con Salsiccia)

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 11 oz (300 grams) Italian sausages, coarsely chopped
3 and 1/2 fl oz (100 ml) dry white wine
Butter, for greasing
Salt

- Directions:

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4.
Grease four individual ovenproof dishes with butter.
Heat a frying pan, add the sausages and cook over a medium heat until well browned.
Sprinkle in the wine and cook until it has evaporated.
Divide the sausages among the prepared dishes and break an egg on top of each.
Season lightly with salt and bake until the egg whites have set.
