- Asparagus with Parmigiano
- (Asparagi alla Parmigiana)

Ingredients:
2.2 lbs (1 kg) fresh or frozen asparagus
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano cheese

- Directions:
-
- Frozen asparagus does not need to be cleaned. If you are using fresh asparagus, clean them by rasping off the dirt on the bottom of the stalks.

- Rinse well and cut to the same length.

- Tie them together and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.

- Strain, untie, and divide into two bunches that you will place on an oval serving dish with the tips facing inwards towards each other.
Melt the butter in a pan and when it starts spluttering pour it over the tips and sprinkle with abundant grated Parmigiano cheese.
